Shipping & Handling

Hi, I’m James Walker, founder of TroopStyle and the proud son of a Vietnam Veteran. I want you to know exactly how we handle your order, so there are no surprises along the way. Every shirt you see here is made-to-order — printed just for you, one at a time, to make sure the quality is always at its best.

Processing & Delivery Times

We process orders Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding federal holidays like New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

  • Processing: 1–2 business days in normal seasons (a bit longer during holidays).
  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–6 business days, depending on the season.
  • International: 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination and season.

Note: At this time, we cannot deliver to U.S. Military bases. I’m truly sorry for this inconvenience.

Carriers We Use

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, DHL, EMS, and Local Post to get your order safely to your doorstep.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 1–4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking doesn’t update right away, don’t worry — it just means your parcel hasn’t been fully processed yet. Once it’s scanned, you’ll see updates as it moves toward you.

If your order goes past the estimated arrival date, reach out to me and my team. We’ll take care of it for you.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is delivered to the wrong address because of incorrect information provided, we can’t be responsible for the misdelivery. Also, if you ask the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it’s shipped, we’re not liable if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
