Return and Refund
Hi, I’m James Walker, founder of TroopStyle and proud son of a Vietnam Veteran. I want you to feel confident when shopping here. While every shirt is made-to-order and crafted with care, I understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Refund Policy
If your product arrives defective or not as described, email me and my team at support@troopstyle.com and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
- Refunds are not available for orders with incorrect shipping addresses, unavailability at delivery, or if carriers confirm the package was delivered but it’s lost due to security at your location.
- If you refuse delivery, the order is not eligible for a refund.
- We cannot refund for sizing or color preferences. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.
- Our refund window is 30 days from the delivery date. After that, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.
Return Policy
Because every TroopStyle shirt is made-to-order and for hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item has a major problem:
- The item is significantly different from its description.
- You received the wrong product.
Please note that product colors may differ slightly from photos due to lighting or screen settings. That’s normal and not considered a defect.
If your case qualifies, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund. In some cases, you may keep the product at your discretion.
How to Start a Return
When you contact us, please include:
- Your order number
- Video or photo evidence of the issue
- Your complete delivery address
- A contact phone number
Once your return is reviewed, we’ll email you with approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.
If you return items without prior approval, a refund will not be issued.
No refunds or exchanges are available for products purchased on sale or during promotions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you change your mind, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, orders are locked for processing and can’t be modified or canceled.
